Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the unused portion of your product in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse safely.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
